Choose Seeker or Elite and complete checkout. Then verify your purchase. Your eligible hunts unlock after your paid membership is approved.
Use the highlighted button in the example to continue.
THE REAL PROCESS
Choose Seeker ($19/month) or Elite ($49/month). After checkout, submit your purchase for verification. When approved, Seeker members see Seeker hunts; Elite also sees Elite-only hunts. You don’t have to toggle your tier.
Compare membershipsOpen the member map and tap a prize. Read Clue, timing & rules, including who can take part and when. Then use Start this hunt to save it in My Hunts.
Open the member mapGo to the published hunt area and follow its instructions. Enable location if you want a nearby check-in. Camera view is optional: the floating prize is a visual guide. Tapping it or arriving nearby does not approve a prize claim.
Find your saved huntsFor a QR drop, find the physical token, scan it and keep its unique SS code. On the claim form, enter the code, your name, email, mobile and where you found it. Select Submit for verification and keep your token.
See the claim formYour claim appears in My Hunts and Wallet as awaiting approval. SeekSweep checks it against the drop’s rules. Pending cash is excluded from available cash. If your cash claim is approved, the verified amount becomes available.
Check your walletIn Wallet, choose Request withdrawal, enter your own PayID or Australian bank details and submit. The amount is reserved while SeekSweep reviews the request and arranges a manual bank transfer. Payment is not instant.

An eligible published hunt can accept claims according to its instructions and opening times. Availability and verification still apply.
A preview shows how a hunt could look. There is no physical prize to claim, even if its map label also says “Active hunt”.
Virtual cash is saved in the practice wallet. It cannot be withdrawn and never increases your available cash.
TWO MORE THINGS TO KNOW

The map icon represents the prize. The hunt’s instructions explain what to find and how to claim it; a console does not need to be left outside.
After your claim is approved, follow that hunt’s collection or delivery arrangements. A physical prize does not become withdrawable cash.
Bali is currently coming soon. Final entry allowances, dates and rules will be confirmed before entry opens.
View the Bali giveawayAccess to eligible hunts and the benefits listed for your plan. Seeker is $19/month; Elite is $49/month and also includes Elite-only hunts. Each giveaway has its own entry allowance. Membership does not guarantee a prize or cash back.
Currently, verify your purchase after checkout. SeekSweep reviews it before activating access. Once active, your account shows the correct tier automatically.
No. Open its instructions and check whether it is a live hunt, preview or test. For a claimable QR drop, find the physical token and submit its unique code. Approval comes after verification.
The claim must be reviewed first. Eligible withdrawal requests are then reviewed and paid manually. No fixed processing time is promised here; follow the hunt’s instructions or contact SeekSweep about your claim.
Issued tickets stay in your giveaway history. After closing, they show Awaiting draw, then Awaiting result until the result is published. The completed giveaway then shows Won or Not selected.
